SuperValu Tidy Towns Competition 2024 Foxrock Tidy Towns increases its marks again!

The results of the 2024 competition were announced on 1st November and Foxrock Tidy Towns was awarded 362 marks, up a massive 14 marks on the previous year and only 24 behind the winner, Ballincollig.

The Adjudicator’s Report included the following comments:

• You are all very fortunate to live in such a lovely place and residents take great pride in their area

• On the day I visit, Foxrock was litter free – try as I did to find some!

• The ‘Love your Lanes’ project is an exciting project and the work carried out by the Muscle Team this year on Nelson’s Lane was herculean

• Concluding Remarks: I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Foxrock and learned many new things regarding its history. Keep up the good work as you are making excellent progress in the competition
